La Jolla UMC joins the people of Pacific Beach UMC in-person and online for an Ash Wednesday worship service. This will be a time of prayer and song with leaders and musicians guiding us together as we begin the Lenten season. Included in this worship service will be symbolic ways to remember that “from dust we come and to dust we shall return.”

Family camp returns, and now includes multiple San Diego-area United Methodist congregations! Join in at Camp Cedar Glen for a time of renewal and fun, and the theme of Heroes & Legends from May 5th through 7th. Families come in all shapes and sizes, so come with your chosen family! Camp on the Go, for students 1st – 12th grade, will bring the fun of camp to La Jolla UMC on Saturday, April 15th from noon to 3:00pm! The 2022 edition of our Christmas Workshop will take place Saturday, December 3rd from 10 am until 1 pm. There is still plenty of room for children, K through 6th grade. La Jolla United Methodist Church Chancel Choir proudly presents its Summer Pops Concert on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. This year’s program is a concert version of the music from the popular production Les Miserables. La Jolla UMC is proud to host the Mission Bay High School Mambo Orchestra, a student-led performance group presenting traditional and dance music from Cuba, Puerto Rico and Latin American countries.
